Help is available. You might think asking for help will make things worse, but there are people who can help you. They have helped thousands of people like you before.
It’s much more dangerous to keep going as you are.
Who can help?
You can talk to a trusted adult – a parent, teacher, youth worker, police officer, nurse or doctor.
You can also speak to Childline on 0800 1111. They are available 24 hours a day.
Fearless offers advice and guidance for young people. You can also pass on information about a crime to them anonymously.
The King’s Trust provides support and opportunities for young people who are moving away from gangs and crime. They have helped thousands of young people just like you.
If you are in danger right now call 999 and police will make sure you are safe.
